Christian Dumontet, husband of 'Selling Sunset' star Christine Quinn, has filed a request for a restraining order against her, days after he was arrested on a charge of violating her emergency protective order against him.
Christian Dumontet was previously booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, and violating Quinn’s emergency protective order against him.
With his filing, Dumontet also asks that Quinn move out of his Los Angeles home and stay 100 yards from the property. He is also asking that the judge restrict Quinn’s travel with their child to L.A. county, citing his fears that she may “abduct” their son. He claims that she “has a history of threatening to take away or hide our children from me” and “not cooperating with me in parenting.”
Dumontet claims that on the day of his arrest, he refused to clean up after her dogs. “At that point Mr. Dumontet grabbed the trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall,” according to the documents. “Mr. Dumontet did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn, or their son. Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house.
