Yolanda Saldívar, who was convicted of murdering Tejano singer Selena Quintanilla-Perez in 1995, has filed paperwork to seek parole. Saldívar, 64, is currently serving a life sentence and is eligible for parole after 30 years. A hearing is scheduled for March, and while Saldívar claims the shooting was accidental, Selena's family is preparing for the potential of her release.
