Selena Gomez Says Her New Show 'Selena + Chef' Was a Lot More Intimidating Than Just Cooking with Friends

Selena Gomez shared the first look of her new show 'Selena + Chef' and talked about the series in a private press panel about what fans can expect.

The trailer shows Selena and her special chef guest hosts as they guide her through various recipes. From desserts to fancy meals, Selena will be learning remotely and putting her skills to the test as she tries each of these dishes.

Chefs Angelo Sosa, Antonia Lofaso, Candice Kumai, Daniel Holzman, Jon & Vinny, Ludo Lefebvre, Nancy Silverton, Nyesha Arrington, Roy Choi, and Tonya Holland will be joining Selena throughout the show's first ten episodes. Aaron Saidman, executive producer of the series, noted,"Even though Selena had chef’s helping her out, she was still somewhat on her own."

Aaron noted that viewers will easily follow along with the recipes and that all the ingredients will be listed out so they can also join in on the fun. Chef Antonia Lofaso says that the show's unique format actually makes it better for viewers who want to learn how to cook.
