(Reuters) -Microsoft has agreed to pay AI startup Inflection about $650 million in cash in an unusual deal that would allow Microsoft to use Inflection's models and hire most of the startup's staff including its co-founders, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.

Sultan Sharafuddin arrived at the mosque at 6.30pm, accompanied by the Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, and was welcomed by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari and State Secretary Datuk Haris Kasim. Sultan Sharafuddin also broke fast with the people in the district and presented Hari Raya contributions to 466 recipients comprising the needy, poor, and converts from the Kuala Selangor district, totaling RM233,000.
