Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the task force will immediately monitor, control and provide information on ways to prevent spread of the virus.
"Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly, when contacted this morning, had agreed to lead this task force with assistance from other health professionals. He said although major public events such as the fun run scheduled for last Saturday had to be cancelled due to the outbreak, small-scale events in the state could still take place.
