Seguin junior Nikolas Henry timed a blazing 10.67 seconds in the boys 100 meters at the Canyon Cougar Relays last week, sprinting his way to Express-News Athlete of the Week honors. Henry's time is the second-fastest in the area this season, and he is one of only six sprinters from the San Antonio area to clock under 11 seconds this year. Last week, he also ran the second leg on the Matadors' 4x400 relay team, which set a meet record with a time of 41.63 seconds.
