Here are the 2024 selections for the Alabama Sports Writers Association All-State football teams.
Five players from Class 7A champ Thompson and four from 6A champ Parker were selected to the first team in the Alabama Sports Writers Association annual All-State football squads for 2024.
Thompson’s first team selections were QB Trent Seaborn, DB Anquon Fegans, DL Jared Smith, OL Barron Criddle and P John McGuire. Three finalists in each AHSAA classification and the AISA will be announced on Christmas Day.
