Already, 2023 seems brighter with a ton of new 'Trek' on the way.
There's a lot to unpack in that slightly-more-than-a-teaser trailer. First and foremost, that it looks like showrunner Akiva Goldsman has embraced the let's-get-whole-cast-together thing and used that to its storytelling advantage, rather than just having everyone reunite for the sheer nostalgia value.
