Watch the latest Lamborghini flagship and its electrified V12 come to life at the Sant'Agata factory car auto cars
is celebrating the launch of the new Revuelto with a series of short films taking us behind the scenes of its flagship supercar. The latest clip highlights the manufacturing process of the electrified model, showing the recently upgraded and highly flexible production line at the Sant’Agata factory.
The Revuelto is the ultimate expression of design and engineering expertise from the Italian brand. It is also the firstbull with a combined output of 1,001 hp from the new 6.5-liter V12 and a trio of electric motors. This explains why the company invested €150 million in the Sant’Agata Bolognese plant, expanding the area by 172,000 square meters and upgrading the machinery in order to host the new family member.
The production line has 15 stations, and is divided into two stages – the mechanical and the bodywork assemblies. Throughout the 11-minute-long film, Lamborghini employees explain each part of the manufacturing process, with cool footage of Revuelto bits and pieces appearing in the background. We get to see the carbon-fiber monocoque, the new V12 engine, the sharp-looking body panels, and the fully customizable interior upholstery.in the future.
The first customer deliveries of the Lamborghini Revuelto are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023, just in time for the 60th birthday of the Sant’Agata firm. It remains to be seen if the anniversary year will break another record, surpassing last year’s impressive production run of 9,233 Lamborghini models.
