Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the residence and arrived to find a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, said Inspector Paul Krawczyk, a member of the gun and gang task force, during a Tuesday morning news conference at the scene. The victim has since been transported to the hospital, where he remains, receiving treatment for serious injuries.
The suspect fled in a vehicle and remain at large; police were not able to provide a description. Authorities were also unable to confirm whether or not Drake was home at the time of the incident.that Drake was not the victim, adding that the security guard's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
