Section 17A of MACC Act in force today

SECTION 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 , aimed at boosting integrity and good governance among businesses, comes into force today. Under the law, commercial organisations are liable to be punished if their employees or associates are found to be involved in graft.
