"The moisture from this system will also spread further east and fuel rain across on Wednesday and Thursday, and parts of south-eastern Australia from Thursday."Canberra is Australia's coldest capital this morning, at -4.9 degrees shortly after 6am, and it won't get warmer than 10 degrees throughout the day, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
