After a second arrest was made in connection to a deadly Lower Merion home invasion, Montgomery County officials revealed new details into the crime. Kelvin Roberts, 42, was taken into custody Tuesday morning by local officers in Montgomery County, according to U.S. Marshals.The Philadelphia man was being sought in connection to a home invasion turned shooting in Lower Merion on December 8.Officers arrived to find Andrew Gaudio, 25, dead after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators say Roberts, 42, returned to Junkluggers, his former place of work, dressed in black with a mask around his neck and carrying a pistol. Roberts is now charged with murder in the first degree and robbery.Montgomery County’s DA says Roberts and 41-year-old Charles Fulforth went to the wrong home seeking weapons."The motive in this case was to steal guns; they simply got the wrong house," said Kevin Steele, Montgomery County district attorney.
