The locks are available free of charge and will be given out later this month at SPD’s East, West, North, South, and Southwest precincts:West Precinct - 810 Virginia St.North Precinct - 10049 College Way N.April 27, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.April 20, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Only one lock is allowed per person, and locks cannot be set aside or held due to limited availability.
