SAN ANTONIO - Several search warrants were executed Tuesday in several counties including Bexar County by Attorney General Ken Paxton ' sFrio and Atascosa Counties, is part of a protracted investigation into allegations of election fraud and vote harvesting tied to the 2022 elections .
The probe was initiated following a referral from 81st Judicial District Attorney Audrey Louis, who flagged concerns over possible election misconduct. Over the past two years, investigators have compiled evidence that warranted the recent search warrants, advancing the ongoing inquiry. Paxton said his office not only investigates but also prosecutes claims of voter fraud, collaborating with county and district attorneys to uphold the integrity of elections across Texas.
“Secure elections are the cornerstone of our republic,” Paxton stated. “We were glad to assist when the District Attorney referred this case to my office for investigation.
