Dive teams from the NYPD and FDNY responded around 12:45 p.m. to a report of a two people drowning at Coney Island Beach near West 22A 14-year-old boy was safely pulled from the water, while a second teen, age 15, remained missing as of 2:40 p.m., sources said.
