A man was arrested in connection to the death of a woman who was reported missing Saturday morning on the Southside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Rosemene Decius’ family reported her missing to police because they were concerned for her safety, which prompted a search. The report did not mention how long Decius has been missing before authorities were contacted.The circumstances surrounding her disappearance and the amount of time she’s been missing were suspicious, JSO said.Investigators said upon searching Decius’ home, they discovered that there was a struggle and potential foul play suspected.
