A two-month-old baby's family from Bishop Lavis is frantically searching for the little girl after she was reportedly kidnapped on Saturday.
, the little one named Kai-isha Meniers is believed to have been kidnapped while being taken care of by the suspect. Reports say that Kai-isha’s mother went into a shop on Saturday in the Cape Town suburb but upon her return, the child and the suspect had disappeared.
A search has ensued since, with the Community Policing Forum dedicated to the task. Thus far the search has taken them to Freedom Farm and Malawi camp, but the child is still missing. Anyone who has information is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Thembisa Buqa on 073 519 33 84 or 021 935 9806. Alternatively, contact Crime Stop on 0860 010 111.
