Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging and raping 16-year-old then-underaged babysitter

In a motion filed in New York federal court Tuesday and obtained by Page Six, the rapper’s attorneys claim, “Having reviewed these videos, it is now abundantly clear that they confirm Mr. Combs’ innocence and that their full exculpatory value cannot be investigated and used unless they are electronically produced.”

The mogul’s team claims the videos allegedly “confirm” that Ventura, 38, was “a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs.” “It is sexist because the government’s theory perpetuates stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency,” the motion reads. Per the indictment, Combs and members of his Combs Enterprise — including high-ranking supervisors, security staff, household staff and personal assistants — allegedly facilitated drug-fueled sex parties known as freak-offs.
