The Seahawks now have both of their free agent additions at safety on injured reserve.
The Seattle Seahawks continue to shuffle the roster on the defensive side of the ball. Reserve safety K’Von Wallace is out for at least the next four games following an ankle injury suffered on a kickoff against the Los Angeles Rams. Wallace has been placed on injured reserve, where the Seahawks already have starting safety Rayshawn Jenkins out for at least another week with a hand injury.
According to the transaction wire, the Seahawks added nose tackle Brandon Pili to the active roster after claiming him off waivers. Brandon Pili, the brother of WNBA 2024 first-round pick Alissa Pili, was previously with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of USC. The 6’3, 320-pound Pili played only 99 defensive snaps over two seasons, recording six total tackles. Pili has some Pacific Northwest ties, having graduated from Westview High School in Portland, Oregon.
