It was a spirited back-and-forth day of trash talk between current Seahawks and former Seahawks.
As you would expect, there was trash talking at the Seattle Seahawks’ final joint practice with the Tennessee Titans. Plenty of trash talking. And Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs were at the center of it. The two former Seahawks safeties are now teammates on the Titans, who hosted this week’s practices in Nashville.
“How to be a pro, how to take care of your body, how to study film, you know what you need to look for in certain situations,” Witherspoon said. “He taught me a lot. And just have fun. I always know your mama at home watching, so make her proud, so that’s what I learned from ‘Mal, and shout out to my boy.” The highlight of Witherspoon’s day was picking off Titans quarterback Will Levis in a two-minute drill.
