Brady Russell out, while Laviska Shenault and Noah Fant are questionable.
The Seattle Seahawks once again have a fairly positive final injury report before Sunday’s bout for first place in the NFC West against the Arizona Cardinals. First, the bad news. Tight end, Brady Russell has been ruled out after missing this entire week’s practice with a foot injury. Russell has not played since week nine against the Los Angeles Rams. Russell’s absence, though disappointing shouldn’t be too concerning depth wise. That is, if Noah Fant is available to play on Sunday.
If Fant is unable to go, and with Russell out, the Seahawks would be left with rookie AJ Barner starting again against the Cardinals, with Pharaoh Brown to back him up. Seattle likely would also promote Tyler Mabry from the practice squad, or perhaps even new practice squad signee, N’Keal Harry. The last player listed on the final injury report is Laviska Shenault, who is questionable with a back injury that he suffered last week against the San Francisco 49ers.
