Just a day after the Seahawks announced 15 members of the initial 2024 practice squad, John Schneider is already at work shuffling things around.
The opening game of the 2024 NFL season is just a week away, with the Kansas City Chiefs set to take on the Baltimore Ravens as fans indulge in the first meaningful NFL football since the Super Bowl. In recent days teams across the league have been burning the wick at both ends, as they first cut the roster down to 53 players on Tuesday, before scouring the waiver wire and building out the practice squad Wednesday.
With the dust still settling in the front offices of all 32 franchises, John Schneider continued his traditional end of the roster churn by making moves on the practice squad barely 24 hours after the initial 15 members of the practice squad were announced Wednesday. Josh Jobe went undrafted out of Alabama in 2022, and played just 252 snaps during his two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.
