While the 'bomb cyclone' that rocked western Washington has far-reaching and devastating impacts, it's also causing issues for our local sports teams.

"I just want to give a shout-out first to everybody who was affected by what was going on today. Weather-wise, hope everybody's fine and everybody gets their lights back on very fast and swiftly. Just wanted to start by saying that." So, with the Virginia Mason Athletic Center without electricity, the Seahawks staff had to hook up several generators for emergency power. The practice field inside the facility was well-lit and just in time.
