Modal itu membolehkan SDPLOG terus mengejar peluang untuk membangunkan hartanah perindustrian dan logistik yang mampan dan berskala besar di Malaysia iaitu iperakui dengan piawaian bangunan hijau. “Kepelbagaian pelabur adalah bukti pengiktirafan pasaran terhadap kekuatan kami untuk memberikan pulangan terlaras risiko tinggi dan permintaan yang jelas terhadap produk pelaburan patuh syariah yang boleh ditawarkan oleh JV.
“Dana Pembangunan kami berada di kedudukan yang baik untuk memenuhi permintaan di Malaysia, dengan Taman Logistik E-Metro, contoh terbaik dana yang menyampaikan penyelesaian moden yang terbaik dalam kelasnya untuk pelanggan, penyewa yang juga memenuhi piawaian tertinggi elemen Persekitaran, Sosial dan Tadbir Urus .
Pembangunan ini termasuk spesifikasi dan penyelesaian siap dibina untuk penyewa mengembangkan perniagaan mereka dengan memperluaskan reka bentuk susun atur mengikut keperluan komersial mereka, termasuk penambahbaikan yang diperlukan untuk automasi gudang.
