There will have to be something very shocking in Scream 7 to bring Sidney out of hiding to confront yet another Ghostface killer, and even worse if Mark also gets involved. Scream 2022 and Scream 6 made sure to emphasize that Sidney’s family is now her #1 priority, hence why she and Mark moved to a safe place with their children in Scream 6.
