Lisa Cummings said her parents are 'completely broken' after the fire destroyed their family home
A teenage boy ran into his grandparent's burning home to save their dogs after spotting the blaze on his way home from school.
She wrote: "My mum and dad were away on holiday and my son came out of school to find their house ablaze. She added: "My parents have worked so hard their whole lives to have the home they did. My dad was due to retire in July and now that they have lost everything they own that is no longer possible.
