A shopkeeper who makes and sells vaping products would support a ban on disposables as long as it didn’t create a black market

But he insisted the industry in the UK recognised the need to address the impact of single-use products on the environment. The review is expected to assess the scale of the problem and set out options available to ministers. He said: “There should be a ban on disposables that we would support if there were proper punishments and policing put in place to enforce the ban and ensure that a black market doesn’t bubble up.”
