Emma Bald, who has asthma and a heart condition, moved into the flat in Musselburgh back in November 2021.
A Scots mum who is desperate to flee a mould infested flat has shared shocking pictures of fungi sprouting from the walls of her home.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, Emma said: "I was moved into this property in November 2021. I was six months pregnant at the time and it already had damp and mould. The council told me they would drop off paint but that didn't come. Emma reported the issues to the local authority who sent out an inspector in January - however, she was told there was an underlying issue with the exterior that needed to be fixed before the wall could be treated.
