A young Scots girls was overwhelmed to be reunited with her lost teddy after it went missing inside her suitcase on a British Airways flight.
Kirsty, 38, told the Daily Record Lucy cried herself to sleep for the first three nights of their trip because she missed Popo so much. Kirsty added: "The situation definitely put a damper on our trip. We had to use our spending money to buy her some stuff to wear, but couldn't buy her clothes for the full fortnight we were there.
He added: "I was phoning and emailing constantly, but I felt like nobody wanted to help and I was being passed from pillar to post.
