A string of weather warnings have been sent out for the week ahead due to potential flooding and travel chaos.
Scotland will be battered by a storm this week with forecasters issuing a four-day weather warning for torrential rain and wind.
Forecasters have predicted that as much as 100 to 200mm of rain is expected to fall during the course of the week, and there is a possibility of 70mph gale-force winds affecting northern parts of Scotland.
