A man on a scooter opened fire in Southeast Queens Saturday, killing an 86-year-old man and leaving two others hurt after apparently choosing his targets at “random,” police said.

The victims included an 86-year-old man who died, a 44-year-old man who was shot in the torso, and a 63-year-old man who took a slug in the shoulder, police said.A shooter fires from a moped seemingly randomly Saturday in Queens, killing one man and wounding two others.Police took the shooter into custody shortly after the incident.
