A shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison , Wisconsin , resulted in three fatalities, including the shooter, a juvenile student. Police identified the shooter as 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow, who went by Samantha. Evidence indicates she died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Law enforcement responded to a 911 call from a second-grade student reporting a shooting at 11:00 a.m. By 11:05 a.m., officers informed school staff that the shooter was down and a gun had been recovered.
Two victims, a teacher and a teenage student, were killed, while six others, five students and a teacher, sustained injuries.
