Harehills residents have spoken of their fears and worries surrounding the tragic incident
Her body was found inside a home in Brown Hill Terrace, Harehills, on Monday . A huge police cordon remains in place with the whole street taped off, today .
She said: "A woman has lost her life. It's a bit daunting. I haven't cried about it but have been having some horrible thoughts about. I've been thinking about the last things which must have been going through her head. Dorothy Parsons, who has lived in the area for 59 years, said she found the whole situation 'scary'. Dorothy said: "It is a bit scary. We saw it was cordoned off but we just don't know anything. It is upsetting and shocking. We don't know what's happened."
