"I haven’t been blessed with children and I’m the only one among my siblings who doesn’t have children. It’s not that I’m sick or anything, It just haven’t happened yet," she shares.Gcina’s career was formed when she studied drama at Durban University of Technology right after her matric year, even though the could not complete her studies due to her family’s financial situation. She then got into theater and had her first play at the Play House in Durban.

"I am very passionate about theater and acting and never let my circumstances stand in my way of living my dream," says the actress.
