“What’s up, Araneta! This is Binibining Pilipinas 2022. Are you all excited tonight? Let’s celebrate the beauty of a true Filipina, let’s go!” SB19’s Pablo can be heard as saying in the video as they kicked off their performance.Despite this, many pageant fans took to social media to praise the “Mapa” hitmakers for their performance, with some pointing out that the group’s stage presence was the “best” one yet, as compared with the production number at the MUPh coronation night.
One @MarikitPaalam said, “Sobrang dull ng production jusko kala mo pageant lang sa barangay, may mga dancer na magdodoxology. #MissUniversePhilippines2023. P.S. The Binibining Pilipinas with SB19 as opening prod is the best [I’ve] seen yet.”
