Two OPM forces have come together and dropped a meaningful new track! SB19 and Gloc-9 collaborated on “Kalakal,” a song that discusses Filipino consumerism, and showcases the artists’ journey of empowerment and longevity.It also chronicles their story of building their legacy as artists through years of hard work, perseverance, humility, and pure talent.All members of SB19 and Gloc-9 contributed individual songwriting parts and verses on “Kalakal,” then collaborated on the chorus and hooks.
”SB19 added that what sets this collaboration apart from their previous ones would be how they were so much more involved in its production, particularly in sharing their melodic and lyrical ideas.“Sir Gloc-9 also approached the material with his own creative stamp and further solidified the storytelling aspects of our final output,” SB19 said.
