Saudi buyer shells out $52.2 million to create luxury Bel-Air compound
A Saudi buyer has created an instant compound for himself, scooping up two neighboring homes in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel-Air for over $52 million, according to people familiar with the deal.
The deal includes a roughly 20,000-square-foot home, which sold for $45 million, as well as a smaller $7.2 million house nearby that was designed by architect Richard Neutra.
