However, this time, the Wings were dominant from wire to wire.They never trailed in the game and led by as many as 31 points. Sloppy play allowed the Mystics to cut the lead down to seven in the third quarter, but the game never felt close.
Two of those three-pointers came in the first half, and each felt like a gut punch for the Mystics as the Wings went on early runs. Each shot ignited a crowd that had plenty to cheer about over the course of 40 minutes.Though it wasn’t quite a packed house inside College Park Center, the crowd was a factor in the game. It was Celebración Latina night, creating a party atmosphere in the arena.
