ICYMI: Saskatoon Fringe Festival back in full form with global 'flavour'

It didn’t feature the usual bevy of international performers, and like many professional theatre offerings, it moved off Broadway. Coming into this year Smith says there’s been a building sense of excitement, albeit a cautious one.
