“Bugs in Amber” is playing at The Broadway Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, then on Aug. 11 at 9 p.m., and Aug. 12 at 5 p.m. yxe

“During the pandemic, I saw all these different musicals and theatres closing down, and I really wanted to give something,” he said. “I saw so much being taken away, andTo put the script together, Hopkins delved into documents from the ancient Greeks, along with iconic fossil hunters like Mary Anning. He also interviewed fossil collectors and paleontologists, who talked about their background and love for the work.

“It’s been fantastic,” said Clark. “They’ve all been so earnest, and keen to take on so many roles. Some of our cast members are also in the crew, so they were coming to rehearsals and learning their lines, then going home and making props by hand. It’s just absolutely amazing.”
