The man behind many of your favorite supercars now has his own design firm and he tells Carscoops all about that change
Automotive design is no easy feat and that’s one reason that Sasha Selipanov stands out. He’s had a hand if not the all-out lead in some of the world’s most important supercar and hypercar designs in recent years. After stints at Genesis, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg, he’s decided to strike out on his own with a design firm named Hardline27.
There is a certain belief system that every company has that they find totally obvious and straightforward and they think “Why would it ever be different?” But you have, let's say, in parallel three projects that you're working on and you have to switch between these paradigms and I find that fascinating and very rewarding. It's great to offer our unique perspective and bring something to the table.
