SIBU: Sarikei MP Wong Ling Biu, who had tested positive for Covid-19 in March, has been discharged from Sibu Hospital.
Wong, 61, was first hospitalised on March 7 as a person under investigation for the disease and tested positive on March 15.Sarawak DAP deputy chairman David Wong said Wong's discharge was"good news for us."
David said Wong was the only Covid-19 patient intubated in Sibu Hospital and his recovery was due to the good work of the health care provider. "Even the doctors will not advise him on when he should get back to work. Now is the time for us to pray for his full recovery," he said.
