Sarawak teacher Nazmi Rosli receiving a mock cheque for RM50,000 from Fadhlina Sidek after winning the 2023 best teacher prize at a ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur today.
Nazmi, an English teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Long Sebangang, Lawas, was chosen for his efforts to make his lessons interesting by introducing common life experiences, such as entering a laundromat or boarding an aircraft, in the classroom by only using recycled materials.
