“She is also hugely thankful to the staff involved in the mammogram which identified her illness, which was otherwise symptom-free, and believes her experience underlines the importance of regular screening.”On the morning of the surgery, Ferguson recorded a podcast episode that is set to be released Monday.After the divorce, Ferguson maintained a strong friendship with the late Queen Elizabeth and even adopted the Queen’s corgis after her death in September 2022.
Ferguson said it was harmless fun, dressing up in disguise as police officers to go out to a UK club to celebrate before her marriage to Andrew in 1986. “We sat down, and the waiter came up to us and said, ‘Excuse me, this is a members’ club. It’s for fun, and we don’t serve police officers here’.”The future sisters-in-law then decided to leave the club, before being arrested on the street by real officers.
