In an ambush interview in Antipolo, Duterte-Carpio, who is a lawyer by profession, was asked about her stand on the pending estate tax of the Marcoses which has ballooned to P203 billion, as per former Supreme Court associate“I cannot comment on that because I am not conversant with the facts of the case,” Duterte-Carpio told reporters.
In early March, the Marcos camp said that the estimated P203 billion estate tax of the Marcos family remains unsettled since the properties linked to the case are still under litigation.
