Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday said she requested the National Bureau of Investigation to reschedule her summon as she will prioritize her attendance at the House good government panel inquiry to support her staff.In a press conference, Duterte confirmed that she received the subpoena from the NBI, where she is to be investigated for alleged Grave Threats and possible violations of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Duterte is being summoned to NBI headquarters on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024 to explain her statement against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and Speaker Martin Romualdez.Based on the House website, the Committee on Good Government is scheduled to have a hearing on Friday.In a recent video, the Vice President said she would have Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez assassinated if she were killed.
