A mega-pricey apartment has hit the market two floors below the penthouse where Lamborghini-loving millionaire Adrian Portelli craned a $3m car into. See how much it’s listed for:
The flashy apartment could sell for up to $13m.
The 330sq m property on level 55 has hit the market with a whopping $11.85m-$13m price tag with Colliers agent Nancy Monitto in conjunction with The Agency’s Steven Chen. The 60-storey Sapphire by the Gardens project by Malaysian developer SP Setia is part of a twin-tower complex adjoining Melbourne’s first Shangri-La five-star hotel, near Carlton Gardens at the northeast end of the CBD.
Ms Monitto added that the majority of prospective buyers were business people living a “transient lifestyle” and inspecting the No. 5501 pad as a Melbourne base to return to between travelling.
