San Antonio police have identified a car they suspect is involved in the shooting death of a Texas high school coach at Smoke Skybar . Jasper Independent School District coach Ayden Burt was killed by a stray bullet. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading up to the arrest of the person or suspects responsible for killing Burt. Tipsters may call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP , or text a tip by messaging “ Tip 127 plus your tip” to CRIMES .
What we know about the Texas coach killed by a stray bullet in downtown San Antonio On July 23, Burt was with a group of people at the Smoke Skybar, 501 E. Crockett St., sitting on the second-story patio with her back facing Interstate 37, according to a police report. At 12:13 a.m., a gunshot was heard and she was fatally struck on her right rear shoulder by a stray bullet that police said came from the highway. She died at an area hospital.
