The county’s public works department has sand available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations:Tiger Point Park in Gulf Breeze In Okaloosa County, empty sandbags, shovels and sand will be available at two locations starting today, according to county officials. Both locations are open 24 hours per day and are self-serve with no assistance to fill or lift bags, officials said. While shovels will be available for use, residents are requested to bring their own.
